2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on our Website. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 Discord Verification

Account registration requires verification through Discord OAuth. You must:

  • Be a member of the Obsidian Squad Discord server
  • Hold the required role(s) within the Discord server
  • Authorise our Website to verify your Discord membership and roles

We only access your Discord user ID and guild membership status. We do not access your Discord messages, friends list, or other personal Discord data.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
  • Using a strong, unique password for your account

3. Acceptable Use

3.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Website for:

  • Accessing community resources and information about Star Citizen gameplay
  • Viewing and downloading 3D print files for personal, non-commercial use
  • Participating in Obsidian Squad community activities
  • Accessing member-exclusive content when logged in

4.3 3D Print Files

3D print files (.stl files) provided through the Website are licensed for personal use only. You may:

  • Download files for personal printing
  • Print items for your own personal use or as gifts
  • Modify colour and use which ever filament you desire for personal printing

You may NOT:

  • Sell printed items commercially
  • Redistribute the digital files to third parties
  • Upload files to other websites or file-sharing platforms
  • Modify and redistribute the files

5. Third-Party Services

5.1 Discord

Our Website integrates with Discord for authentication purposes. Your use of Discord is subject to Discord's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for Discord's practices or the availability of Discord services.

5.2 External Links

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites (including Roberts Space Industries, Discord, and YouTube). We do not control these websites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.

6. User-Generated Content

6.1 Print Requests

When you submit a print request, you retain ownership of any original content in your message. However, by submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, and process your submission for the purpose of fulfilling your request.

Print requests require you to provide your Discord username. This is used to provide you with custom 3D print files and to contact you regarding your request. Your Discord username is stored alongside your print request data.

6.2 Content Standards

Any content you submit must not contain material that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards.

7. Account Termination

7.1 Termination by You

You may delete your account at any time through the Account page. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Upon deletion:

  • Your account data will be permanently removed from our systems
  • You will lose access to all member-exclusive content
  • Any pending print requests may be cancelled
  • You will need to re-register and re-verify through Discord to create a new account

7.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Removal from the Obsidian Squad Discord server
  • Loss of required Discord roles
  • Conduct harmful to other users or the community
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity

8. Disclaimers

8.1 "As Is" Basis
